Healthy Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

A simple and healthy shrimp fried rice recipe. Quick and easy to make and packed with great flavors with a healthy twist.

 

Ingredients:

1/3 pound shrimp, deveined and diced
3 cups cold rice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
